Body language is the most valuable asset you have when attracting women. They did a survey some time ago about men approaching and 80% of woman said that they would prefer a guy approaching with a smile on his face. You have 80 different muscles in your face so USE them.

Your body language is the most effective weapon you have when interacting with a woman. Women make approximately 30 judgments about you within the first 30 seconds and most of it is portrayed via your body language. Women will listen to your words but if you can learn how to use your body it can work to your advantage. You can create enthusiasm by using your body, you can build anticipation, build attraction, come across as confident, strong, mature and MORE.

Everything matters with body language from your hands to the stance of where your feet are and YES all women notice this. Women can feel your energy and power when you portray good strong body language and you will send chills down their neck.

So how do you use your body when talking to women? Well if I got you to imagine a depressed person, I am sure you would be able to do it. Head down, shoulders shrugged forward, body stiff and closed in, eye contact at the floor.

Now if I told you to imagine yourself as if you had just won a championship how would you be holding your body? Head up, shoulders back, chest out, eyes level, stance.

So how do you approach women? First of all I will suggest what you must not do when talking to women. Don’t fidget, all guys make this mistake and it is not attractive, guys will sway, play with their jewelry, look around the room, hands in pockets, lean in toward women, stand too close, touch woman too early on, hold eye contact for too long.

You need to find the balance for body language and you need to get a woman to believe that you are way too comfortable for the situation, that nothing bothers you about talking to her as it shouldn’t. You should be powerful having your shoulders back and your feet should be shoulder width apart taking up room. When standing still you should always have one leg in front and shoulder length apart and one leg slightly bent. When talking to women always lean back and make eye contact but don’t stare, look at let her know that you are comfortable and she does not intimidate you.

Having your hands in the back of your pockets works and using your arms and hands when talking will stop you from fidgeting, try to always keep your hands just above your waist when interacting with a woman. Never walk straight toward a woman and get right into her face always talk to a woman from the side at the start and then slowly turn in towards her or more so the women will turn into you.

By doing all of these subtle little movements with your body you will come across as strong and powerful and a man, without even having to OPEN your mouth. So be confident with women and remember that confidence is nothing but a state that you put yourself in. You can’t get confidence it is something that you create inside of yourself.

2. Is he one to humiliate you? Does he think it is funny to get you all riled up? Does he enjoy frustrating you to tears? Does it happen often? If so, it is time to wake up!

3. He sabotages your goals or dreams. Does he discount what you think is important for your future?

4. He refers to women as Bit@$*#. That is a female dog; not you! Similar references to you as “the old lady” or a streetwalker are unacceptable.

5. Is he jealous and have an attitude about it? An over jealous man that feels he has some right to make you jump through hoops is certainly a red light. Stop, drop him and Go!

6. If you make more money than he does and it is a source of contention in your relationship. My advice: loose any man that has to compete with you.

7. If you ask him if you look fat in an outfit and he has the nerve to say yes! Any sane man would know not to tread on this dangerous turf with a woman he cares about. But, there should be things of interest you pursue on your own. If you play volleyball with your friends on Thursdays, continue doing that. If the two of you love to eat Seafood on Friday nights, keep that up as well. It is just as important that you have one or two hobbies you do by yourself, just to make sure that your individual needs are being met.

3. Take time to explore new things together. What have you two talked about but never got around to doing? Is it travel? A new sport? If you love to travel and play tennis, start doing just that. You could take day trips to different places to play tennis. Mix both activities together. You may want to take some classes together. Think of cooking or even ballroom dancing (Yes, that is one hot off my personal list).

4. Have conversations like you used to. Do you recall when you listened to everything your partner said? You know, hanging on their every word? If you find yourself having conversations while watching TV or half sentences over dinner, stop! Really listen and tune into your partner. This one change can make all the difference in the world.

5. Work on You. Yes you! Whatever extra things you did when you first fell in love, pick them up and start doing them again. I am not talking about wearing those old disco platform shoes. Keep those if you must only for old times sake. Take inventory and see if there are areas you can improve yourself. If there are, begin to make changes. Small changes will have big payoffs if continued.

The idea here is to broaden your horizons. Think of things you both like to do as well as things you would enjoy solo. Get busy working on keeping your relationship fresh.

Not-so-subtle-hint: If your guests missed the hint, just start cleaning the house and ask them to help. If this doesn't make them leave, you would at least have some help in clearing up.

Quite frankly: Your friend's quite thick in the head? Stand up and say "Well, it was really cool catching up with you. We should do this again some time soon."

As blunt as a ball: Just tell them that they need to leave pronto. However, lace it with some humour or an excuse such as an encroaching headache, so that they know you're not being disrespectful, you just need some rest. This is also good for when it's not night time and you can't plead about the late hour.
