A deep snooze absorbs beauty creams much better... So beware the following bad habits that could be slipping in between you and a glowy morning complexion.
- Munching on mee goreng or takeout right before bed is not a good idea as the salt makes your skin retain water especially around the eyes the next morning.
- Slapping on too much night cream can result in clogged pores so make sure you apply a pea-sized dollop or just enough as recommended on the bottle.
- OD-ing on alcoholic drinks will leave you with dull, dry-skin. So on social nights, be sure to drink up a LARGE glass of water before hitting the bed.
- Neglecting to remove make-up will lead to breakouts in the long run so don;t be lazy, no matter how exhausted you feel.
